Part of our Freezer Meal prep series, this pineapple ginger flank steak combines unique flavors for an appetizing and easy weeknight meal.
- Label a gallon-sized freezer bag with the recipe title and today's date
- Combine all ingredients except steak in unlabeled gallon-sized freezer bag.
- Remove 1/4 cup of the marinade from gallon bag and place in quart-sized freezer bag. Seal.
- Add steak to unlabeled gallon bag of marinade. Seal.
- Place quart-sized bag and meat bag inside labeled gallon-sized bag.
- Thaw.
- Remove steak from bag and discard leftover marinade from steak bag.
- Grill steak over medium-high heat until slightly pink on the inside or for 5-10 minutes per side.
- Brush reserved marinade over steak while grilling. Remove steak from grill. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Slice steak against the grain.
