- Label a gallon-sized freezer bag with recipe title and today's date.
- Place chicken in UNLABELED gallon-sized freezer bag. Add pepper.
- In a quart-sized bag, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, honey and mustards.
- In a separate quart-sized bag, combine pecans, panko, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Place chicken bag and both quart-sized bags into labeled gallon-sized bag.
- Thaw.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Reserve half of honey mustard mixture to use as dipping sauce.
- Working one at a time, dip chicken into remaining honey mustard, then dredge in pecan mixture, pressing to coat.
- Place chicken onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and the chicken is completely cooked through.
- Serve with dipping sauce and garnished with parsley, if desired.
