  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 4 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 4 each 4 oz boneless pork loin chops
  • ¼ cup lower sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1¼ cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro

Add these Teriyaki-Glazed Grilled Pork Chops to your freezer meal prep short list if you want something delicious to look forward to this week.

  1. Label a gallon-sized freezer bag with recipe title and today's date.
  2. Bag pineapple juice, aminos, garlic, ginger and pork chops in an UNLABELED gallon-sized freezer bag.
  3. Combine pineapple, diced jalapeno, onion, and cilantro in a quart-sized freezer bag. This is your salsa.
  4. Bag teriyaki sauce in a separate quart-sized freezer bag.
  5. Place bag with pork chops and both quart-sized freezer bags inside of labeled gallon-sized freezer bag.
  1. Thaw.
  2. Preheat a grill to medium-high (or preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat).
  3. Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding the marinade. Oil the grill grates or spray a grill pan with oil.
  4. Grill the chops until no longer pink, 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Spoon teriyaki sauce evenly over each chop in the final 30 seconds of cooking time.
  6. Serve on plate and top with pineapple salsa.
