- Label gallon-sized freezer bag with recipe title and today's date.
- In a quart-sized bag, combine the Mexicorn, tomatoes, black beans, cilantro, garlic and pepper. This is your salsa.
- In a separate quart-sized bag, combine guacamole and salad dressing.
- In a third quart-sized bag add shrimp.
- In small bag, place chili powder and Cajun seasoning.
- Place all smaller bags in the gallon freezer bag.
- Thaw.
- Drain any liquid from shrimp bag. Toss shrimp with contents of spice bag.
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute shrimp until pink, about 5 minutes.
- Divide shrimp evenly among taco shells.
- Top with 1/3 cup corn salsa; drizzle with 1 tbsp guacamole mixture.
