  • 1/2 cup prepared basil pesto
  • 16 ounces BelGioioso® Fresh Mozzarella Ball, sliced
  • 8 ounces BelGioioso® Parmesan cheese, shredded (2 2/3 cups)
  • 2-3 large roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves
