Customize these mini pizzas with flavorful topping options.

  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 (11-ounce) tube refrigerated thin pizza crust
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional Toppings: pepperoni, Italian sausage, olives, onions, green pepper, Canadian bacon

Customize these mini pizzas with flavorful topping options.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil, salt, onion powder, and sugar.
  2. Unroll pizza crust and cut into 16 equal squares. Press squares onto bottom and up sides of 16 ungreased muffin cups, allowing corners to hang over edges.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon sauce mixture into each cup. Top with cheese and add toppings as desired. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve remaining sauce mixture with pizzas.
