A great no-cook appetizer for 4th of July gatherings, large or small.
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and green onions in a medium bowl until combined. Evenly divide filling between the four tortillas. Spread to the edges.
- Wrap tortillas up like jelly-rolls. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour. When you’re ready to serve, slice rolls into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
