Pumpkin pecan granola has no added sugar & is perfect for breakfast, snacking & more.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, oil and honey. Pour mixture over oats, mixing well. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Store in air tight container. Add to yogurt, milk or enjoy it by the handful. This granola is also great in mason jars to share with friends.
