Feeling a little nauseous from all of those roller coasters and fair rides this summer? Ginger is amazing at helping nausea. It helps remove toxins from your gut and improve circulation in your body.

  • 2 inches of raw fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • Juice of one lemon or lime
  • Honey to sweeten to taste

  1. Boil the ginger slices in the water for at least 10 to 20 minutes.
  2. The longer you boil the ginger the more flavor you will produce.
  3. Remove ginger pieces and discard.
  4. Add the remaining ginger water to a cup then add juice and honey to taste.
