Spiralized zucchini noodles lightly sauteed and topped with Parmesan, bacon and red pepper flakes

  • 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • ½ to 1 lb. bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Spiralized zucchini noodles lightly sauteed and topped with Parmesan, bacon and red pepper flakes

  1. Spiralize your zucchini.
  2. Mince garlic and chop cooked bacon into bite size pieces.
  3. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook garlic & red pepper flakes until fragrant (about 1–2 min.).
  5. Add zoodles and cook for 3 min. until warmed through. Zoodles should still be crunchy.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan & bacon pieces.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
