A no-sugar added energy bite featuring all natural ingredients.
- Using your food processor, blend ½ cup cashews with ½ cup of rolled oats for 5-10 seconds.
- Pit your dates then add directly to cashew and oat mixture.
- Add other ingredients; almond butter, cranberries, and chia seeds.
- Process until all ingredients are blended together and a sticky “dough” begins to appear.
- Roll into small bites, and then roll in unsweetened coconut if desired.
- Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
- Energy bites are ready to be enjoyed or can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
