- Prepare quinoa and rice as label directs; cool slightly. Makes about 2 cups.
- In large bowl, toss quinoa and rice, oranges, greens, apple, chickpeas, onion, walnuts, sunflower seeds and vinaigrette. Makes about 7 cups.
- Serve salad topped with eggs.
