- Preheat oven to 375°; spray standard 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir ricotta cheese, 5 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and seasoning. Makes about 1 cup.
- Prepare lasagna noodles as label directs, cooking 1 minute less than directed; drain and rinse with cold water. Cut each noodle crosswise into 4 equal pieces.
- Place 1 noodle piece into each prepared cup; evenly top with ⅔ cup sauce, 1/2 cup pepperoni and 1/2 cup cheese mixture. Repeat layers once, turning second noodle piece about 90° from first noodle piece. Top with remaining noodle pieces, turning 90°; evenly top with remaining 2/3 cup sauce and 6 tablespoons mozzarella cheese. Bake 16 minutes or until edges are slightly crunchy and cheese is melted. Makes 12 stacks.
- Serve stacks garnished with basil, if desired.
