- Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and nutmeg. In large bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat 3/4 cup butter, sugars and molasses 2 minutes or until light and fluffy, scraping down bowl occasionally. Add eggs, 1 at a time, making sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Reduce speed to low; gradually add flour mixture and beat 30 seconds or until just incorporated. Press dough into bottom of prepared dish; bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool completely.
- In separate large bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, apple butter and remaining 1/2 cup butter 2 minutes or until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
- Spread bar with frosting; sprinkle with sprinkles. Cut into 24 squares.
