  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil. In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, oil, seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt; spread in single layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle Brussels sprouts mixture with cheese; roast 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Makes about 3 cups.
  2. Serve Brussels sprouts sprinkled with thyme, if desired.
