  1. Line outdoor grill rack with aluminum foil; prepare grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In medium bowl, stir lime juice, honey and cayenne pepper until combined. Add jalapeño, onion, pineapple and cilantro; toss to combine. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
  2. In small bowl, stir coriander, paprika, salt and pepper; sprinkle over both sides of fish and spray with cooking spray. Place fish on prepared grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
  3. Serve fish with salsa.
