Try this delicious chicken wrap that is packed with protein, greens, and is Undeniably Dairy.

Try this delicious chicken wrap that is packed with protein, greens, and is Undeniably Dairy.

  1. Bring 4 cups water to boil in medium pot. Once water comes to a boil place chicken breast in and let simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Remove chicken from pot and let rest 10 minutes.
  2. While chicken is cooking, heat skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and sauté spinach until wilted. Remove from heat.
  3. Shred chicken with two forks and mix with spinach.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto on each tortilla. Top with chicken and spinach mixture and sprinkle with feta cheese.
  5. Optional to reheat skillet and heat wrap until brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
