Make these rich cupcakes for the perfect end to you St. Patrick's Day meal!

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place fa cupcake liner in 24 regular-size muffin cups.
  2. In a mixer bowl add cake mix, stout, oil, eggs and vanilla and mix on low speed for 30 seconds. Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Divide the batter evenly among cupcake liners.
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely for 10 minutes before frosting.
  5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating until combined. Add vanilla and 2 tablespoons of the liqueur; beat until blended. Continue adding remaining liqueur, 1 teaspoon at a time while beating, until thefrosting is light and fluffy.
  6. With a spoon or piping bag frost the top of the cupcakes.
