- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place sausage in a sauté or cast-iron pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until sausage crumbles and is browned. Remove and reserve.
- To the same pan, add butter and melt. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Whisk in milk and cook until mixture starts to simmer. Add in reserved sausage and season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- To the same pan, top gravy with biscuits.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until biscuits are browned and cooked through.
