Tender ribs in a tasty sauce.
- In 6-quart Instant Pot, stir broth, BBQ sauce, hoisin-garlic sauce, sriracha, and fish sauce; add ribs and toss to coat.
- Place lid on Instant Pot and close pressure valve to seal; pressure cook on high 35 minutes. Quick release pressure; remove lid.
- In large skillet with high sides, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add cooked ribs; cook 3 minutes or until browned, turning once. Add broth mixture remaining in Instant Pot; cook 6 minutes or until reduced to 2/3 cup.
- Serve ribs with sauce remaining in skillet along with rice garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
