Healthy and tasty snack for your tailgate!

  1. Clean heads of lettuce, removing outer leaves; trim stems. Cut each head in half lengthwise.
  2. Spray each head generously with olive oil cooking spray for extra flavor and browning.
  3. Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer’s directions.
  4. Grill lettuce until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer lettuce to serving plates. Drizzle with dressing and serve with cherry tomatoes and crumbled bacon for flavor.
