- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dip a cracker in melted chocolate, scraping excess back into bowl, and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining crackers. Immediately sprinkle with toppings and refrigerate until chocolate is hardened, about 20 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
