Sweet and spicy satisfy with swirled dark and white chocolates, chopped almonds and a hint of chipotle flavor

Sweet and spicy satisfy with swirled dark and white chocolates, chopped almonds and a hint of chipotle flavor

  1. Prepare a 8"x8" pan by lining with parchment paper of foil. Create flaps that hang over edges for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Add the chipotle chili powder and mix into the melted chocolate. Immediately pour ¾ of the melted chocolate into prepared pan. Gently tap the pan to even out the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.
  3. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Immediately pour ¾ of the melted white chocolate into the prepared pan. Place in refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.
  4. In prepared pan, drizzle the remaining milk chocolate and white chocolate. Use a butter knife to swirl the two chocolates together. Top with chopped almonds, flaked sea salt and sprinkle with extra chili powder if desired.
  5. Refrigerate until hardened, about 20 minutes. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife on a cutting board.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
