Spicy Chocolate bar with Chipotle and Almonds

Sweet and spicy satisfy with swirled dark and white chocolates, chopped almonds and a hint of chipotle flavor
- Prepare a 8"x8" pan by lining with parchment paper of foil. Create flaps that hang over edges for easy removal. Set aside.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Add the chipotle chili powder and mix into the melted chocolate. Immediately pour ¾ of the melted chocolate into prepared pan. Gently tap the pan to even out the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Immediately pour ¾ of the melted white chocolate into the prepared pan. Place in refrigerator to set, about 20 minutes.
- In prepared pan, drizzle the remaining milk chocolate and white chocolate. Use a butter knife to swirl the two chocolates together. Top with chopped almonds, flaked sea salt and sprinkle with extra chili powder if desired.
- Refrigerate until hardened, about 20 minutes. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife on a cutting board.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
