- Carefully pull apart phyllo sheets one at a time. Cover remaining sheets with a damp towel so other sheets will not dry out.
- Butter entire sheet then fold in half. Butter sheet again and fold in half again.
- Place ½ slice ham, ½ slice Swiss cheese and one basil leaf on top of the phyllo.
- Wrap the phyllo in a triangle until all sides are sealed.
- Repeat steps for other 11 sheets.
- Bake at 350ºF for 8 min. or until the phyllo dough is golden brown.
