This pasta salad is perfect to bring as a side to a summer cookout.

  • 1 lb Penne Pasta
  • 1 lb Premium Mesquite Turkey Breast, sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 8 oz Premium Pepper jack cheese, sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 2 cups (approximately) Chipotle Ranch Dressing (or Spicy Ranch Dressing)
  • ½ cup frozen Sweet Corn, thawed
  • ½ cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup Roasted Red Peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, diced

This pasta salad is perfect to bring as a side to a summer cookout.

  1. Cook the pasta per the directions on the box. Drain and run cold water over the pasta to stop it from cooking.
  2. Dice the Turkey, Cheese, Red Peppers and Onion.
  3. In a large bowl Mix the Pasta, Turkey, Cheese, Corn, Beans, Peppers and Onion.
  4. Add the dressing and mix well. Chill and Serve. ENJOY!
