Get ready to uncover your grills and grab your avocados! For this recipe, you'll want to make sure your grill is nice and hot to get those grill marks on your lemons and avocados. Keep them on until they're perfectly caramelized.

What you need:
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh basil,chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch salt
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
What to do:
- Lightly oil the cut side of each avocado half and lemon half, then grill until the avocados have grill marks and are heated through and the lemons are lightly charred and caramelized.
- Mix parsley, thyme, chives, and basil with olive oil and salt. Top the avocado halves with the herbs and tomatoes, then squeeze the grilled lemons over the topped avocado.
