This one is a keeper folks! Looking for ways to impress your family or guests without spending hours in the kitchen? We've got the perfect recipe for you. It doesn't get much easier and best of all you can prep it the night before, leave it out to rise and simply bake it in the morning. Please take note that one of the ingredients is cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix. It MUST be COOK & SERVE! This is important.

What you need: 

  • 1 pkg 36 Frozen Rhodes Dinner rolls (use 24)
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pkg cook & serve butterscotch pudding
  • 1 pkg chopped pecans (optional)

What to do: 

  1. Spray bundt cake pan with cooking spray. Chop butter in squares.
  2. Whisk brown sugar with dry pudding mix. Add 1 tsp cinnamon. Whisk again.
  3. Add 8 frozen rolls to bundt pan
  4. Toss a few butter squares over rolls. Sprinkle with dry pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat 2 more times for a total of 24 frozen rolls.
  6. Cover with a clean, dry towel. Place pan to sit overnight somewhere warm / not too drafty.
  7. Place bundt pan on a baking sheet & cover loosely with foil.
  8. Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
  10. Cool 10 minutes.
  11. Invert bundt pan onto baking sheet.
  12. Bubble loaf will easily come out of pan.
  13. Serve & enjoy!
