Follow along as Whitney creates two different flavors of fruit leather. Choose between green apple and mixed berry - or make them both!
Once fully dehydrated, use festive cookie cutters to cut your fruit leather into fun holiday shapes or use a pizza cutter to easily slice into strips.

Green Apple Fruit Leather
- 3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 6 apples, peeled and diced
Directions:
- Add apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the apples are tender, about 20 minutes. Let cool and transfer to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add spinach and blend again until completely smooth.
- Preheat oven to 200°F. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Spread evenly.
- Hit the baking sheet a few times against the counter to release air bubbles.
- Bake for 3 to 5 hours, or until the fruit leather is dry. Cool completely.
- Use cookie cutters to make festive shapes.
Mixed Berry Fruit Leather
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 200°F. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Spread evenly.
- Hit the baking sheet a few times against the counter to release air bubbles.
- Bake for 3 to 5 hours, or until the fruit leather is dry. Cool completely.
- Use cookie cutters to make festive shapes.
