Zarda BBQ Chicken Pizza

1 12 inch Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
2/3 cup Zarda barbecue sauce
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1/4 small red onion, diced
- 1 cup smoked cheddar or smoked Gouda cheese,shredded
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Spread barbecue sauce on pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
- Top with chicken, red onion and cheeses.
- Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until crust is light brown and cheese is melted.
Don't think pizza will make the cut for grilling season? Think again. Grilling a pizza crust gets it crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside. Try your pizza grilled tonight.
