1. Always wash with a simple astringent. 50/50 vinegar and water is our choice.
2. Always rinse after using your astringent with cold water.
3. Produce should be dry before storing.
4. Use a papertowel in the bottom of your storage container. Fill with produce, then top with another papertowel.
