Add flaxseed, remove nuts, sub extra craisins etc to make this your favorite go-to snack. This recipe also boasts no added sugar but still boasts a sweet taste thanks to the honey & cinnamon. Here are the ingredients we used. Remember, you can add or sub ingredients as needed with similar results.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats3/4 cup pecans (optional)1/2 cup pumpkin seeds1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (don't be shy if you love this blend of flavors)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (a little extra cinnamon is ok too)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
